Pastor
Kyle VanArsdol. Molina Baptist Church called Kyle to pastor the church in 2006. He has an MDiv from Denver Seminary (2006) with an emphasis in Pastoral Counseling. Kyle is married to Amanda and they have four children, Elexa (Age 11), Kanton (Age 10), Sweden (Age 4) and Kaidric (Age 1). Amanda and Kyle both grew up in Moab, Utah where Kyle's father is still the pastor of Community Church. He currently is preaching a study on the Miracles of Jesus. He loves Jesus more but enjoys movies, sports, history, and science fiction. He is very interested in discipleship, particularly how God forms Christ-like character in people. Servant Team
Molina Baptist Church Deacons are responsible for the management of the spiritual affairs of the church, but subject to the authority of the Church. They assist the pastor in membership classes; in promoting spiritual growth in the church by aiding in counseling; sending messages of sympathy and comfort in behalf of the church; assisting in the baptismal services; preparing the Lord's Table and serving communion; and in visiting and caring for the sick and needy.
Outreach Team
Molina Baptist Church Board of Mission is responsible for the promotion of the local, national, and international mission work of the church. This includes education about current missionaries and their ministries to stimulate interest and participation in mission events and work.

Discipleship Team
The Molina Baptist Church Board of Christian Education is responsible for the educational activities of the church. Members select the director, dates and curriculum for Vacation Bible School; select format, coordinators, and materials for youth and children's programs; oversee the Sunday School program; provide input for special services; select a camp contact person and coordination of any special promotion or programs; select a church librarian and promote the church library; select a nursery coordinator, workers and programs and provide input for programming of regular services.
Stewardship Team
The Molina Baptist Church Board of Trustees receive and hold the use of the church property; keep the properties in repair; exercise supervision in all matters relating to the operation and maintenance of the Church property; and serve on the Financial Committee.
Hospitality Team
The Molina Baptist Church Social Committee is appointed by the Church Board to organize baby showers, meals, and fellowship activities.
